Summary: Very nice apartment. Good location, walkable to both New Town and Old Town. Only drawback is no lift or air conditioning.

Summary: Billy McLennan is a wonderful host. The building is beautiful, easy to find and the apartment I stayed in was fabulous. Great communication. The building houses five apartments with Learmonth being at the top. Slight winding steps to reach it but worth it once reached! The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The master bedroom is large - blackout blinds would have been a bonus but we shouldn’t complain about the sun. The view from the lounge is lovely!

Summary: This is the second time we have stayed here and can't fault the apartments at all. Location is perfect - nice and quiet but a short walk to the city centre. The apartments have everything you could want and are beautifully decorated. Owners were friendly and helpful.

Summary: This stay was perfect. Amazing location, perfect UK apartment with the best floor to ceiling windows. Billy checked us in and was lovely, and even let me know as soon as the apartment was ready, which was earlier then check in time. I would recommend this place to anyone, and would love to come back for another stay.
