Summary: This hotel was in a great location. However, the hotel itself was dirty and very run down. There are many windows have cracked glass. The room was not well cleaned prior to our arrival. There was half used, opened soap in the bathroom, the shower was dirty. The air conditioner also was sub par. We had it set as low as we could and it just wouldn’t stay cool.

Summary: The hotel is in a need of renovation. Dreary decors. The restaurant was not open nor was the pool. Outside of the look the room was clean.

Summary: I would have given this hotel 1 star it got an extra star because the room A/C was great. The lobby had no a/c on a 100 degree day. My room had no tv remote I had to get one from the front desk. The room phone didn’t work. The shower leaked from above. There were multiple people hanging out of their nonsmoking rooms, smoking so the whole place reeked of cigarettes. The whole hotel needs to be renovated.

Summary: Overall hotel had a musty smell throughout bathroom very small hot water was lukewarm at best I would recommend staying here at any price

Summary: The first woman I spoke with was very rude. She had a negative attitude and genuinely seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I attempted to check in at 2pm. I was told one of the rooms I requested was ready but the second wasn’t. Knowing I was checking in early I said that was fine and would like access to the available room. I was then told I would have to pay extra for an early checkin. I didn’t see this in any documentation. I’m glad my room was clean and the sheets and towels were clean. This is an OLD hotel. It needs to be remodeled. The outside is off putting. There is an old musty smell in the lobby. I would not have booked this hotel if I had realized how old and uncared for it is. From the parking lot full of holes to the paint peeling and grimy windows. It does not feel welcoming.

Summary: The hotel lobby was very warm which made me nervous about having A/C in our room. The hotel is under construction and you can tell from the outside windows. Our rooms were nice and clean nothing fancy. The hotel was quiet. The lady at the front desk was very rude at check in.That was my only take away with staying at the hotel
