Positive: I want to start my giving a shout out to the incredible staff and how kind and attentive they have been during my 6 day stay ! Shout out to Huda such a sweet soul and has been taking care of us through out the stay :). The room itself was incredible with a sea view very clean and spacious. The room was cleaned everyday and kept very well. The location of the hotel is perfect as it has bus stops just outside the hotel, but taxi can also be very easily called in just 5 minutes. Overall the attention to detail and the kindness of the staff is to be appreciated , it’s been incredible staying here :)

Positive: The staff was super friendly and helped us with a taxi scam. Miss Huda and Mr. Bekir took great care of me and handled the situation very seriously. The room and lobby are a bit dated, but the breakfast was excellent.

Positive: Everything was simply wonderful, and the hotel team further enhanced the experience, particularly Muhammed at the front desk, guest relations team, the housekeeping staff on the seventh floor, the breakfast area team, and the Vale parking team.
Negative: I must express my appreciation for the efforts made by everyone to make our trip truly memorable. However, I believe there is room for improvement in Melek's performance at the front desk. It would be beneficial if she could enhance her customer service skills by actively listening to guests' needs, thoughtfully considering her responses, and offering assistance in a more helpful and approachable manner.

And let’s not forget about the food - it’s absolutely delicious! The service is top-notch, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
