Summary: Not the best neighborhood. Room was comfortable. People wandering the property were a bit sketchy.

Summary: The restaurant is NOT open, and that is one of the main reasons I chose to stay there. The outside of the hotel was littered with trash and in all lacked general cleanness inside the hotel. Rooms had nice floors but walls, and ceilings were all in need of repairs and good cleaning.

Summary: Bed was one of the more comfortable ones we have found. New HVAC in room. Pool and spa in great condition but surrounding rooms were not. Parts of the room had been redone but the older tile in the bathroom showed black marks and previous repairs. Bathroom vent was filthy. Lounge was closed and breakfast was cancelled with no notice.

Summary: So to start off it had a musty smell when i first entered into my room looked around didn't s anything wrong. woke up middle of night too use the restroom .roaches baby's big inbred all over crawling under bed small babies running around. Not fair to rent to people with family's or even single. Could not sleep at all after words had place for two days only slept one day in Room. I'd rather take a lots on money to sleep another day in a place like that. Felt like they were crawling on me when trying to relax on the bed but like i said i could do it one night there was bad enough..

Summary: I like the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast is great. Linens were clean. Other than that the property is filled with broken glass, trash and cigarette buttes and a lot of beer bottle caps and debris. The outside of the room had beer bottle caps all along the sidewalk and empty beer bottles in boxes where the stench of old beer was coming from where there had been a party. Tenants in said rooms of the party were noisy and lacked consideration for the other guests. The bathroom tub faucet was leaking water in a constant stream the bathroom was in bad shape from the walls to the tiles. The shower curtain was not long enough to keep the water from leaking to the floor. The pool had all kinds of lost things at the bottom of it. I’m guessing it hadn’t been cleaned and the hot tub need to be cleaned as well.

Summary: Great staff, working thru construction on property. Parking lot in dire need of repair, lots of potholes. Bathroom very small in comparison to room size and definitely needs renovation - definite problems with caulking and mold around tub shower, wallpaper lifting in shower, barely able to close bathroom door by toilet.

Summary: Property was a little rough and dated but served its purpose at a great price. I ended up needing to extend my stay for a couple of days as we closed on our property and they were able to do so easily. I was able to speak with the manager and he was great. Hot tub worked and the pool was refreshing.
