Summary: Felt the rooms would have been nicer than what they were considering how nice it is when you walk in and the pictures. The chairs were stained and rickety. The toilet seat needed tighter or something. The fridge was dirty. Just on the wall/ceiling. Can’t move the TV or plug your own into it. The pool was closed due to private event, however, hotel did offer free passes for waterpark.

Summary: Unfortunately, on the day we arrived, the air conditioner was not working. However, the staff had done everything they could to keep the temperature in hotel down. So we were still able to sleep in a 72° room. The staff were very accommodating and apologize for the inconvenience.

Summary: The desk clerk was sweet and very helpful. The room was clean and wonderful. Only issue was the hot tub. It was scorching hot, way too hot for anyone to get in. Very nice property and conveniently located
