Summary: I stayed here last year. It was pretty shabby but they said they were closing to remodel. They didn't remodel much! The floors were the same, the bathroom was still really basic, and the furniture was either the same or already damaged. It looked like they did repaint the exterior and interior but whoever did it managed to dribble white paint on the blue and gray walls. The bed was very uncomfortable so I don't think they replaced the mattresses. It's also quite noisy if there's someone staying in the room above yours. On the plus side, the view is till pretty fabulous and even though they closed the restaurant, they kept the pool.

Summary: The place is old, restaurant is permanently closed. Upon check in we received a note that its been due to be torn down & rebuilt but delayed for unknown reasons. The maintenance & overall condition look as you'd expect of a building due for replacement, and pricing reflected it too. Our only major disappointment was the lack of even a continental breakfast, I understand with the restaurant closed, a full breakfast would be hard, but it wouldnt be hard to put out some bagels and packaged cereals.

Summary: The bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was great, but the shower had not been cleaned and there was visible mold.

Summary: Our stay was 3 nights, leaving on the 4th day. In that time, our "touch key card" for the door did not work once the first day, twice the 2nd day, and once again on the 3rd day. To had to continue to go back to the office to get the cards reconfigured and that was not okay. We had 2 small dogs which we used the pet area every day and picked up after them (we had our own bags luckily). The first day the poop bag container at the pet area did not have bags and I mentioned it while in the office. The first clerk said he would go out right away and fill it. We visited the area again the next day but yet again, poop bag box was empty. Mentioned it to the next clerk and he opened up a box full of bags and gave me several. But still in spite of the box he produced full of poop bags, those could not seem to get out to the pet area and into the bag container. Cleanliness of the room was fine although bathroom fan in this room did not work. Not sure who was above us, but last 2 nights someone had to move furniture between 9-11pm across the wood floor. TV remote was missing back part but office was not too concerned.

Summary: Has one of the best views on the coast and is reasonably priced. Is undergoing renovation at the moment but that didn't bother us. Needs to have better signage on the highway; is hard to find!

Summary: Many broken items- lights, sink. Its going to be a teardown soon but the rooms/views are great, but very neglected. Check in person was great.

Summary: My stay here at Clarion was amazing! I took a self care weekend here and I do not regret my choice in hotel at all. It was a decent price and an extraordinary experience. It sits high right on a cliff over looking the ocean! Every unit had a beach view with a balcony. There was a fireplace in my room, a jetted tub, standing shower, a very comfortable bed, and my favorite part, A CEILING FAN! I’ve never seen that in a hotel before lol. I was super sad that the restaurant was permanently closed. But it’s fine. Also, a very nice heated pool on property. And beach access!!! So happy with my stay. Will definitely book again.

Summary: The staff was AMAZING! We’ve NEVER had such a wonderful week at a motel! The unit was plenty large, the grounds lovely for our small puppy. Anything that I brought to his attention was handled immediately. Special call out to Shane and Jacob for their wonderful customer service. We’ll be bsck!
