Summary: Unfortunately, on the day we arrived, the air conditioner was not working. However, the staff had done everything they could to keep the temperature in hotel down. So we were still able to sleep in a 72° room. The staff were very accommodating and apologize for the inconvenience.

Summary: The room was clean however it could use some updating. You can tell there hasn't been any remodeling done to the rooms in awhile and it's showing. The mattress was fair but not one of the more expensive ones that give more support and comfort. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was top-notched.

Summary: Room was hot. We were told the A/C wouldn’t cool the room because the outside air temp was too low for the roof minutes chiller to kick on so we were told to turn the thermostat off. So the room was hot all night. The toilet never really flushed very well. Thought the toilet was going to overflow. Good thing I didn’t need to poop. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. My lower back hurt the next day after sleeping on the bed. The door knob/level only opened the door after about 10 tries. It wasn’t an issue with the card reader. We made it work, but just never knew how many tries it would take to get the door to open. Breakfast was very good, so they have that going for them.

Summary: Piles of dog crap all over around the back door entrance. Pool side rooms had toilet water seeping on the bathroom floors. Got moved to a new room in the middle of the night. Hard bed, toilet so low it was like going to a day care using the kiddy potty. We won't go back. No compensation offered for our inconvenience in the middle of the night.
