Summary: I’d say it’s an ok hotel for one night, but plan on eating elsewhere. We had ordered a room for 4 (2 adults, 2 children). The kids’ beds were not set up and I had to ask 3 times before it was done. The television in the room turned itself off every 15minutes, quite annoying. The shower in the room was constantly dripping. Otherwise fairly clean room. The restaurant’s food was way below average, so was the breakfast, but the service was good. In the ”spa lounge”, the toilets were not working and two showers in two different changing rooms were also out of order. No locks in the changing rooms either which meant that several people came in thinking it was available… The ceiling in the reception was leaking. Again, ok for one night close to the airport, but it needs a good ”refresh”.

Summary: Breakfast bad value for money, initial room had a dirty bed that was in use. Broken items in room. No shuttle bus, taxi cost €30 done by shady drivers.

Summary: busyStayed here for early airport departure. Great decision. The shuttle starts at 6am, but we had to be there at 430. Front desk arranged for car service, which was prompt, friendly, and on time. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and although busy, our room was very quiet. Thank you.

Summary: I checked in online and provided all my details, yet I still had to spend a long time at the reception. When I entered my room, the TV was on and displaying someone else’s name. It’s unacceptable, especially in a time when privacy should be a priority. I informed the staff, but they showed no concern. I was staying for two nights and requested cutlery to be sent to my room. A staff member said it would arrive shortly, but it never did. I was truly disappointed. No matter the price, basic service and respect should always be expected in such a setting.
