Positive: Close to the wedding venue. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shower water pressure was very strong. That was really nice.
Negative: No elevator. Had to be on first floor and we could hear people talking outside our window. When the AC was turned on it was a very musty odor and it made my asthma act up and I couldn’t sleep.

Positive: The upgrades to the rooms and the hallways looked great. A lot nicer than the last time we stayed here 2 to 3 years ago. Great commissary in the Lobby.
Negative: For the price paid I feel the breakfast should have been of a higher quality.
Summary: Had a great time while in Harrodsburg. We were only in our room long enough to sleep.

Positive: Breakfast was waffles and cereal basically.
Negative: My problem was that I booked with Booking.com for a single queen room. I called the hotel a couple of days before just to confirm my reservation and learned that I had been switched to a King suite which was not at all what I had reserved. When I checked in, I found that I had again had my room changed to a double queen room. I have never been jacked around that way with hotel reservations. I also have learned that if you book with a third party booking agency you are at their mercy as the hotel can't do much to help in the event of an issue, you have to deal with the booking agency.
Summary: It was negatively affected by the two unwanted changes in rooms.
