Positive: The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. The room was spotless and everything functioned as it should. The staff is helpful. We have very limited Bahasa and the staff have limited English, so it made for some interesting outcomes! The buffet breakfast has a good choice of Indonesian foods with an egg station. The chef is very eager to please if you would like something not on offer.
Negative: During the day and evening, the restaurant offerings are okay, but the service is slow and the food is Un noteworthy. If we stay there again, we will look for outside venues for our meals.
Summary: Good place to stay for a night or two.
