Summary: The house was very nice, the beds and baths were fine but the kitchen was very understocked with things a kitchen needs. We bought all of our groceries and cooked and ate there and there were very few appliances and cooking/baking things there. If you are ordering out that won't be a problem. The kitchen and the back yard were very dirty except for the obvious countertops, appliances and sink.Drawers, lamps in bathrooms and kitchen had not been cleaned out or vacuumed since previous quests.The house was big enough to hold us all comfortably and the host did come by and tell us that they were going to mow the back yard and remove some of the junk. The small back yard would have been cozy and nice with a bit of TLC.

Summary: Overall property was perfect for our family. Centrally located to all of the places we wanted to visit during our stay. There were several, I'm guessing neighborhood cats that hung around in the backyard during our stay, we didn't use the backyard, but the kids loved using the pool table. The property manager was always prompt in getting back to any of my messages.
