Summary: The property was MORE than advertised! Our family consisted of people from SC, TX, CA, NM, & OK. We were so pleased with the property and amenities-even the parking was more than enough. The kitchen was fully stocked with the necessities and extras. It was clean. One of our family members was so impressed, she plans to suggest this property to her Boss for their (small) District Meeting. This was the best VRBO experience we've ever had and we all commented we would rent this again if in the Dallas area.

Summary: The house said it slept 14 which it did, but it did not have enough towels for everyone. There was no soap or shower gel in either shower. It was the worse stocked kitchen ever. I think there were maybe 6 coffee mugs. We cooked one night and it was very difficult with the limited amount of utensils, big enough pots and pans and dinnerware. but Not enough seating at the 1 dining table. You should have folding chairs or something you can bring in to the table for the 14 people staying there. The pool was a mess and filled with leaves, but I guess there’s not much you could’ve done about that The bedroom on the first floor is either missing slats or boxspring and needs replaced
