Located on a corner lot near the jetty, just a short walk down the beach. The front of the house is lined with windows to let in plenty of natural light and spacious views. Open concept living area with lovely beach decor throughout the home.
Surfside is paradise for those with many interests offering some of the best surfing and birding in Texas. With its unique octagonal design, this beach house offers amazing 360 degree views. The aptly named, Fish-n-Ships features a large deck to enjoy the fresh sea breeze and views of the beach, along with the Texas Ship Channel where ships arrive from all over the world and the fishing is world class! Next door is a play park, volleyball courts and a splash pad.
Discover a variety of activities nearby since you are steps away from one of the best surfing breaks on the Gulf Coast and ample beach to set out your sun chairs. Head to the jetty to watch the fun from the granite surf bench, look for dolphins dancing in the waves, or grab your fishing tackle to cast your luck for the prized trout or bull red.
