Positive: Nice, stylish little apartment located close to the city centre of Pescia. It is perfectly suitable for 2 for a couple of days. The owner is exceptionally kind :)
Negative: As it is located at ground floor, sleeping with open windows is a matter of compromise, trucks and waste carriers pass by even early in the morning, limiting the resting time

Positive: I cannot imagine a nicer host than Claudia. She was so friendly and accommodating. Obviously and deservedly proud of her gorgeous little apartment and the work she had done to make it so beautiful. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that, but appreciated the kettle so we could make cups of tea, and the lovely bottle of wine left for us (sadly we didn't have an opportunity to drink it!). I liked that the towel sets were two different colours so that we could tell which towel belonged to whom. The apartment was sparklingly clean, the shower was good and she had put so much thought into what her guests might want.
Negative: Most people would find the bed very comfortable - but I have problems with hip pain and it is very rare for me to find a comfortable bed - it was a little firm for me. Unfortunately, the upstairs neighbours were noisy in the night and we didn't get such a great sleep, but Claudia dealt with this very professionally, and I would imagine it was a one off situation. I know Claudia will look after every guest as well as she did for us. If I could make a couple of suggestions - a small carton of fresh milk in the fridge so the guests can make tea/coffee upon arrival (we managed to get some from the nearby bar so not a problem), and to have pillowcases on the spare pillows, as we did use them.
Summary: Very sweet, well located apartment with superb host.
