Positive: Property was well located for us as we like to walk. Located in China Town so was busy. Great pool and bbq area. Washing machine was great. Ac was good. Decent fridge.
Negative: It was a fantastic furniture style place so didn’t feel luxurious but it was well equipped.
Summary: Well equipped apartment nice location, view has everything you need but don’t expect it to be luxurious.

Positive: Location is very good - walking distance to old center. Access to gym and swimming pool is very convenient (and views from the pool are spectacular). The flat is spacious and comfortable, presence of security guards make it feel safe. There is a possibility to cook and use washing machine inside. Generally - I liked spending time there.
Negative: Bugs are a serious problem in the whole building - had to cover the outflows with small bowls, as i killed five huge cockroaches that crawled out in first two days. They also tend to appear in the sink and next to trash bin. Floor rugs werent very clean, had to wash them myself. The door lock could not be closed from the inside (but as the building is heavily secured that wasnt that much of a concern). The biggest issue would be internet connection - comes from another flat above, is kinda slow, and only works properly in the kitchen/living room area.

Positive: Great apartment in a nice, modern building. 5 minutes walk from Nagaworld casino and Koh pich. Amazing swimming pool, good gym, everything is nice and clean. Owner of the apartment is a great guy: always helpful and really easy to contact. I strongly recommend this apartment.
