Positive: A large comfortable room, with washing machine & kitchenette. Very clean, & with friendly staff. I find the location great with a variety of restaurants nearby, but away from the main tourist streets.

Positive: New condo, you can feel all the installations are new. Everything was very clean, good decoration etc. 10/10.
Negative: Everything was pretty good. The condo offer long term rent also so including a GYM would be quite good.

Positive: I liked the pool on the penthouse and many elevators to serve the people around and the chance to exercise if you want
Negative: The cleaning staff took my swim suit and never brought it back . But I got lucky because I found it by chance because of the wrong floor that I stopped and the cleaning man had it in his plastic bag . That's a pity because I mentioned it in to the lobby and didn't care about it. Also the tv was really dirty. We asked for a second chair for the balcony but never brought one . The receptionist welcomed us with a t-shirt of a metal band 😂.
