2 Bedroom House in Sunnyside, Panama City Beach

Sunset Palms has a beautiful Gulf view and is located just steps from the beach. We have two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and full bathroom with a balcony and a Gulf view. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a full bathroom and a garden view. All the bedrooms have a T.V., cable, and WIFI. The upstairs is also equipped with a washroom, that has a full-sized washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.
Downstairs, the living room is spacious and has a queen-sized sofa that opens up to sleep two. Sunset Palms will sleep six guests comfortably. The living room also boasts a 60 inch T.V., and has cable, a DVD player, a library of movies, and free WIFI.
The dining room table seats four and the kitchen-counter bar seats an additional four.
The fully remodeled kitchen is outfitted with an electric stove, a full-sized refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster and a coffeemaker. It is fully stocked to serve eight, and we supply everything, from bowls to a pizza pan... You will find yourself fully equipped for all your culinary needs, at your home, away from home. Directly outside the kitchen is a small patio and garden, with seating for romantic and tropical dinners. We also have a gas grill, on which you can cook your fresh catch of the day!
Possibly, our favorite element to Sunset Palms is the artwork that graces the walls and counters. The owners, Ron and Yolie Strickland are glass artists. Every room is decorated with original artwork by Floridian artists. Please read the owners' story to see how this came about. Featured artwork by Florida artists includes: Mixed-media artist, George Bragg; Photography of local landmarks, by Micheal Jasinski; Paintings by Daryl Harwood -Bragg; Glass work by US, Ron and Yolie Strickland, and artwork by other talented and regional artists. This townhouse is like vacationing at an art show by the beach. It is refreshing and unique.
The entrance to this lovely townhouse is furnished with outdoor furniture and has an area to rinse off sand from a long, enjoyable day at the beach.
There are two designated parking places for your stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this home. The property was wonderful the house had everything you need dishes, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, toys for the kids made everything so easy! And it was a short walk to the beach easy to make with our small children. The owners were super nice made check in easy and simple! Hope to return next year!

Summary: First off, let me start out by saying Ron was one of the easiest people I have ever worked with when it came to reservations for a vacation. He never failed to respond quickly, answer any questions that I had, and even accommodated to my many changes. Thank you so much for that! The house was exceptional- it was spotless, had everything you needed all the way from kitchen utensils to beach chairs. I felt very much at home here and even the neighbors were wonderful! The surprise souvenir gift from Yolie was so unexpected and so generous. I loved it and it is such a kind gesture to give to your guests! Between Ron and Yolie, and the house - I will probably be highly disappointed if I were to rent from someone else. We definitely will be back!

Summary: Ron and Yolie were always communicative in order to make our stay great even before we arrived. Yolie showed us around their beautiful, cozy, and clean property. They have all you need (towels, kitchenware, etc). Even beach toys and chairs and a cart to take it all with you to the beach. The property is very close to the beach entrance. Very convenient. We look forward to returning.
