Clearview Waters is a prestige modern 4 bedroom 3 bathroom House with 160 degree elevated water views over the Dockside Mildura Marina. It is within 300 metres of the start of the Mildura Riverfront Development, 350 metres from Dockside Cafe and within 1.3 kilometres of Mildura's renowned Feast Street gourmet dining precinct.
The Villa is ideally suited for up to 4 couples as well as Corporate clientele. It boasts two upstairs bedrooms each with ensuite, robes and king beds (one is splittable into 2 singles) and two downstairs bedrooms comprising 2 king beds (one is splittable into 2 singles) both with ready access to the feature bathroom.
Features to the accommodation include:

Summary: This beautifully designed, quiet and stylish home was well appointed and suited an 8 memeber family weekend away perfectly. We all found the beds comfortable, while the kitchen and bathrooms contained everything we needed. We all made use of the spa which relaxed muscles after a hard day, as did the massage chair. In the mornings we were blessed with lovely sunrises, complimented by the grand pelicans, making it a perfectly relaxing location.

Summary: We had an amazing time. Chris and Yolanda were Fantis to deal with. So good to have our boat moored directly out the front. Great location. Will be even better when there is garden and tress opposite. oh and the breakfast package was an awesome welcome, so too the wine! A real treat1 Thanks again for an amazing trip. Summary: Without doubt this is a 6 star house/apartment and would be the best property available in Mildura. The owners prepared it for us with a driveway & balcony you could eat your dinner off & was cleaned a inch of its life - a beautiful presentation. With large bedrooms, 2 with en-suite, huge lounge, large balcony and all the mod/con's & more - spa, pizza oven, smart TV , Clearview Waters is a prestige accommodation, all in a quiet part of the city, down on the river. Attention to detail in this house, from the solid doors to the double glazed windows - is simply amazing. However it is the addition from the owners, whom simply want you to have the best time in their town, with coffee suggestions, dining instructions, right down to all the little things they leave you to enjoy. Our family loved this stay. Being a prestige property, this is not for everyone, there are plenty of choices in this town, however those seeking a top of the range house, in a fantastic position, enjoying everything you could imagine from a 6 star environment, there is no other place to stay in Mildura. We cannot rate this stay highly enough & would return tomorrow. It is no coincidence that there are only 5 star reviews, I tired to put in more, but was unable. The all important bedding, (often overlooked in many accommodation's), is top notch and included Egyptian thread count sheeting, little wonder we all slept well Your Host are travelers themselves and understand what a fantastic stay is all about. If you want to stay at the best, you have found it. Regards
