Positive: Convenient for the ice rink where my son was competing. Good instructions to get into property, which was clean, modern and comfortable
Negative: Being an apartment there was music played by neighbours bleeding through but actually nothing out of hours. Only slight issue was cold shower in the morning but whacked the hot water to fill in readiness for my son so it was hot enough for him. I don’t mind it cold or tepid!

Positive: The apartment was lovely, spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need.
Negative: The apartment is quite far from city centre. Booking.com state it is 1.3 miles from centre but it is a good 40 mins walk away. Didn't really bother us as we got a taxi.

Positive: Cleppie apartment is well advertised and shows a well prepared apartment. Clean. Well Equipped. Spacious living room.
Negative: I feel that this is a tenement flat in a quite a rough area of Dundee. We picked it as it was in walking distance of a wedding venue ‘the weaving shed’ people from the city warned us that not an area to be walking in at night so we ended up getting a taxi back anyway. On arrival this is a property in quite a run down down tenement block. There is unstable paving on the path up to it which is a trip hazard. The apartment block door was left open the whole time we stayed there despite us closing it properly. That lack of security is unnerving when you are on the ground floor. I think for what we paid it we feel quite a bit overpriced for what it is.
Summary: A well presented flat. Not a salubrious location.
