Situated on the Cliffside, take a two-minute stroll to a secluded neighborhood sandy beach and spend the day soaking up the sun, swimming, reading a book, or sipping on your favorite cold summer beverage. Head back through the meandering sumac trail and enjoy the afternoon relaxing on the grass and Pine Tree lined backyard taking in the spectacular and breathtaking views.
