A peaceful and quiet lake house on the clinch river. Located just 3 miles off of I-40 and 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store. 3 bedrooms/2 baths with an office space in the bunk room. A large covered porch provides a great outdoor space to enjoy the views with a cup of coffee. Extremely close to all the outdoor activities East Tennessee has to offer. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, Internet and 2 smart TV's.

The master bedroom has a king bed and smart TV, this room also includes the washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds, a desk and chair, and it's own bathroom. Open concept living room and dining area for 6. Full size kitchen and outdoor furniture (dining table and lounge chairs) on the deck. Boat launch available.
You can experience day trips such as hiking, golfing, biking, ATV (Windrock Park located 18 miles and within an hour of Brimstone Recreation Area), and within 30 minutes of Historical Brushy Mountain Prison (tours & dinning).

Summary: Great location for fishing the Clinch river area. The house was clean and adequately appointed for four people. The dock with covered boat slip was a huge plus

Summary: Perfect place and location. We had everything we needed. The host was speedy with the questions that we had. Very quiet and safe neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. The checkout very easy. I would stay again. The only caution to those with large boats its very hard to back into the drive way.
