Clint's Beach Cottage offers:
Telstra Wifi, solar heated pool, Netflix & Foxtel (Smart TV) Walk to beach. Stroll via back streets & under road tunnel 6 mins to kilometres of surf beaches. Sunshine Beach to your left and Castaways and Peregian Beaches all the way to Coolum Designated Pet friendly beach areas at all of the above
The street is very quiet and private and guests who are likewise, are encouraged to book. No noisy parties / gatherings are permitted under new strict Noosa Council regulations. Please do not consider flaunting these rules, thank you.
PLEASE NOTE : Cleaning and Linen are computer generated and are extra to tariff. Longer term stays (over 10 nights) will require mid service cleans @ $45 per hour Linen/Towels changeover $40 per bed .
Maximum time without clean is 10 nights. Mid Service and Linen/Towels changeovers are not negotiable. Required to keep the property to rentable standard including garden and pool maintenance.
PET FEE : $100 PER PET. (i.e. 2 pets $200) THE SITE DOES NOT UPDATE THE CHARGE AUTOMATICALLY THEREFORE IT WILL BE ADDED ON DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS AND IS NOT NEGOTIABLE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

Summary: The house itself was nice! Nothing over the top - just a cute little home. The pool is definitely the best part. The creepy feeling came when you walked in to find a note attached to every surface - aircon cannot be lower than 24, hold the toilet down for 5 seconds - these notes contributed to the vibe of kinda feeling like we were being watched with our every move.. I totally understand that sometimes notes are necessary, (and that owners need to cater for the lowest common denominator) - like how to use the pool correctly etc but this just felt like overkill (we know how to flush a toilet) and like we couldn’t be comfortable on our holiday.

Summary: Clint’s Beach Cottage was an awesome holidayy destination . Beautiful pool in the front yard loads of privacy… Large outdoor entertainment area. Very nice and clean house would recommend this destination for any family to just go and have a wonderful vacation.

Summary: A lovely house with excellent amenities and exactly as described online. Louise is easy to deal with and Very thorough. The walk to beach probably a bit far on super hot days with a little old dog, however driving and parking is super easy. The pool is fantastic!

Summary: The property was very well appointed inside and very functional. The outdoor area and patio was beautiful and looking over a superb garden - so immaculate! The master bed was very comfortable and the LED lights on the bedside tables were the best! Really appreciated having several tissue boxes strategically located around the house. The driveway was indeed very steep which was a bit of a challenge for us when parking. The walk from the property to the dog off leash beach area was really nice and so easy to find - our dog was in his element

Summary: My son, dog and I had a wonderful stay. I was at first worried how the dog would be with artificial grass but all was ok. We had a very unforeseeable hiccup on our first night, but our host was wonderful in supporting the resolution and all was well, didn’t detract from our stay at all. Very happy to say I did not use my car once while we stayed, pet friendly beach an enjoyable walk (even if you miss the sign and go the long way), shops and parks walking distance. Very comfortable and plenty of space.
