Summary: The rental was as advertised. Small, but everything you could want, quiet, and squeaky clean. As others have noted, owner provided plenty of things to welcome us: bagels, pastries, fruit, cereal, coffee/tea, and fridge was stoked with milk, cheese, yogurt, etc. We were in town for commencement and Hamilton College, and this was super convenient given many trips to and from campus.
