Summary: We loved our stay at The Peacock. The decor was adorable and it felt very welcoming! It was a great location to get anywhere we wanted for our weekend stay! We will definitely stay again next time we're in St. Pete!

Summary: We had a very nice time staying in the Peacock. The rental is one of several in a large house. It’s on a busier street but it was pretty quiet. The walls are thin so you can occasionally hear the neighboring renters. I felt like the paperwork/communication was overwhelming but understand this is to protect the owner. The park is right down the street and was a great place to hang out with the dogs! It’s about 1-1.5 walk to DT but there are a few restaurants and bars close to the rental.

Summary: Downtown, waterfront, Central Ave., Arts District, Sunken Gardens and many eateries close by. Bed comfortable. Chairs and shower entranc more suited for someone under 225 pounds I guess. Unit was quiet but outside patio close to busy street. Don't miss noshing at Mazzaro's Market.
