Summary: Here is what we loved: a 3 minute ride to the beach; having recliners to sit in, having a dvd player, a fenced in yard for our dog, a lovely bedroom suite with a great walk-in shower, a kitchen that was pretty well equipped. The screened in porch facing the back yard was nice.Problems: screens (holes and pulled up at bottom) -- partly fixed the next wk, totally fixed the 3rd week. Gaps in the fence -- blocked off the next day so the dog couldn't get out and fixed 3 weeks later. The garage door got fixed 3 times but still wasn't working when we left. Other little things, ceiling lights out in the kitchen, a bedroom with nothing in the closet, not even a rod for hanging clothes. After a week I found the dvd player was unplugged in the back. No remote so you couldn't fast forward, skip episodes, etc -- but nice to have the player anyway. A chair leg as broken and got fixed twice. Lastly, the dining room chairs were so low that my chin was only just above the table. I was still sitting low with 4 pillows under me.All that aside, we would consider coming back to this house in the future.

Summary: Property is not ready for rental! Yard is unkept, not usable for kids or pets. exterior lighting is lacking on a very dark - busy street. INterior has ole furniture, inadequate stock in kitchen.
