Summary: This was one of the BEST rental houses we have ever had! 100% clean, BEAUTIFUL, easy check-in, secure, garage is wonderful due to otherwise on street parking, spacious, close to everywhere we needed to be in Indianapolis. We would come back in a second!

Summary: Wonderful home which was very nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. It is a mature home that was tastefully remodeled and had everything needed for your stay. Super easy to find, access and just around the corner from the Children's museum. One added note - the listing says two bedrooms but it is actually three with a divider between the two queen beds. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Summary: We loved this house. It was very clean and comfortable. The dogs loved the fenced yard and it was really nice to have a garage to park in. The location was also very convenient.

Summary: Second time we've stayed here. Great spot for our family. Kitchen has all the things we need to cook meals. Office for me to work remotely as needed. Fenced in backyard for the pups.

Summary: The owner was very responsive and has keyless entry. The house was beautiful, clean, well decorated, comfortable. It was a home away from home. So much space and it Had all then amenities you would want and more. The beds were very comfortable and even had power strips on each side of the bed. Our dog loved the fenced in yard and the park nearby. Added bonus was the garage. It was able to fit my husbands Chevy Silverado. It was within 10-15 from anywhere you would want to go. The owner thought of everything and executed it brilliantly.

Summary: I reserved this home in Indy so that my family and I could view the total solar eclipse - which was incredible! The house was in a great location, so close to downtown and tons of restaurant options. We went walking each morning in the neighborhood which was quiet and safe - we walked along the nearby river which was so nice. Command Coffee is withing walking distance and we enjoyed their coffee very much. We also ordered chicken and french fries from the King Food Mart Steak and Lemonade shop at the end of the block - ask for them to add lemon pepper to it if you order, so good. Having the garage available in the alley behind the house was great, our vehicle was secure and we never had to worry about parking. The house was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed so that our group of 5 could stay comfortably. The host made sure we had everything we needed to easily check in and check out.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay with Elizabeth. We have had a difficult time finding nice, clean stays during our visits to Indianapolis. The kitchen was well equipped and Elizabeth was very responsive. Overall, the stay was very comfortable for our family.

Summary: This property was a great place to vacation while in the city. Huge 4k TV to go along with the comfy couch. Elizabeth was very prompt to answer any communications. Plenty of amenities and soft linens. The garage was a great perk since it snowed during our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
