Summary: The house was the perfect size for our 4 person family. the kids enjoyed the games (pool table and Bball hoop) and having their own space downstairs. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

Summary: This was our second year staying here and it is a great fit for our crew. Two older teenagers love having the downstairs space to themselves, myself and my older adult daughter stay in the upstairs bedrooms. Very spacious, clean, lovely deck for meals and social time, beautiful setting. Near many things we enjoy including wonderful places to eat (especially McLoons Lobster Shack right on the island; Primo's for something fancy, and The Happy Clam for family dinner); Owls Head and Birch Point State parks for beach time; Rockland for the farmer's market, excellent coffee shops, the Farnsworth Art Museum, and wandering around/browsing. Lovely spot, great host.

Summary: Our family of five spent four days exploring both Acadia National Park and the Freeport area and this was the perfect location. Close enough to take the few hour drive to each location and secluded enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. We 100% recommend this location for others looking for adventures across the great state of Maine!

Summary: This house was very large and had many amenities. The Yard was great and had a very nice deck equipped for entertaining guests. We enjoyed sitting out in the evening around the gas firepit spending time with Family from the area. We enjoyed watching the wildlife walk right up though the yard. Spacious garage we did not use but was accessible. 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths were spacious and well equipped. We loved the large stone fireplace in the Livingroom it was beautiful for taking memorable pictures. Kids enjoyed the large basement familyroom with TV where they could get away to themselve.
