Summary: 6 adults,4 youth. Great space for all of us, with plenty of books and games for kids. Location was well located for visiting beaches. Hosts very responsive to messages sent.

Summary: This was one of the best, well thought out rental I’ve been to in a while. We were traveling with older adults who needed a first floor room and an attached bathroom and this house provided exactly that. The moment we walked in, we could tell it was thoroughly cleaned and well maintained. It felt like home. The communal space is cozy and large enough for family/friends to commune together, the kitchen was very well stocked with equipment/kitchen towels/pot and pans, the rec room was so much fun to use when we got rained out (it’s located in the garage/far enough from the house that the sound didn’t bother any napping children). We were worried about the airport being so close and the noise bothering us, but the sound levels never once caused any issue. It was in a wonderful location, close to everything. Making traveling back and forth for my toddler’s nap such a breeze. Overall wonderful stay and will likely rent again if ever back in Monterey. Thanks Kurt and Aggie, you guys were wonderful hosts!

Summary: We have a group of 4 couples that meet several times a year for a long wine weekend. Monterey was the destination this year and this house worked great for our group. 4 bedrooms/ 3 baths is hard to find but the house met all of our needs. Spacious kitchen w/ everything we needed for breakfast scrambles in the am before we headed out. Plenty of room to kick back in the evening and review the day. Jack n Jill bathroom is a bit tight but worked out. Master suite is amazing with plenty of room for a dance party and its own portable heater to take the chill off. Highly recommend and we will def stay again when in the area.

Summary: Felt like an upgraded home w room for in laws, great grandma, very littles, singles, late nighters, huge dinners, lovely breakfasts, conversation, laughter, laundry & even some sleep. Wonderful bathrooms, best furnished kitchen ever. If every house was like this, and I've stayed in some really good ones - amazing

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. My mother-in-law said she hadn’t slept so well in years. All our beds were comfy. The kitchen was wonderful for making meals - everything you could possibly need. The whole house was sparkling clean. Great special touches like robes in the master bath, a huge jetted tub, wireless chargers on each nightstand, lots of games and a cute outdoor area. If we get to Monterey again, we’d definitely rent again. Aggie is very responsive as well. Thank you so much!!

Summary: I needed a house in a quiet area with at least 4 bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, large kitchen, spot for a car trailer (for racing at Laguna Seca), some common entertainment areas and good amenities. This house was more than perfect. I also needed a locale suitable for touring my friends around Pebble Beach and Monterey for their first time. 15-20 minutes away from Laguna Seca, Pebble Beach, 17-mile drive, Monterey aquarium, etc. Accommodations include a wonderful master bedroom with master bath and deck, 3 more bedrooms with comfortable beds and privacy. Spacious common areas include a full kitchen, living room and outdoor sitting areas. My friends and I enjoyed countless hours on the pool and ping pong tables. One friend even got to relax with piano time! This house is truly perfect for a family or a small group of friends. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful. The property is nicely maintained and clean. I will be booking again for my next Laguna Seca race!!! My friends all loved it and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
