Comfortable one bedroom with a queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, dinning area and living room. The sofa in the living room is a great spot to relax and watch Youtube television and Netflicks or use the free wifi. A full size washer and dryer in the utility room makes laundry a snap and the front porch swing is a great spot to watch the golfers. We offer a daily unlimited golf and cart special to our guests that is very popular.
Our location is about one mile from the Rainbow River State Park and the head spring for the Rainbow River. There is room to park a boat and trailer on the property for guests coming to enjoy the river.

Summary: We love coming to the property to get a super quiet break from people & tune up our golf game. When we stay at the property, we golf the course all day for the 1 time fee of $22. It is a challenging 9 hole, par 36 course that is a great way to get your swing & putting dialed in. There have been days that we played 54 holes! The golf shop has great prices & a decent selection of food, beverages & merchandise. By around 7:00 PM we are virtually the only people in sight (unless the other half of the duplex is rented). for dinner, we either drive to town or (as we usually do) use the kitchen and/or grill to cook dinner, and eat on the front porch with the golf course as our view. We are always glad we came, and sometimes extend our stay a day or two when the unit will be vacant.

Summary: This is the perfect place if you would like to be near the park. I would highly recommend it without hesitation! I truly enjoyed my stay.

Summary: Everything was as sated in listing. Very convenient loc to springs, discount on golf, etc. What they didn’t say: VERY quiet neighborhood(!), the deer come by each evening, and A/C worked like brand new on one of the hottest days of the year for inland Central Florida (95+). Very nice, restful weekend. We will be back!

Summary: It was very clean! The location was perfect my husband and I kicked ourselves for not bringing our bikes because the entrance to the Park is right there, but we hope to stay here again and bring our bikes and kayaks. It was honestly perfect for the long weekend trip we took to get away for our birthdays. Location was perfect now only if the rain would have stayed away.

Summary: I don't recall how many times we have stayed here but we have NEVER been disappointed. Quiet, clean, comfortable and friendly! The property is located on a great 9 hole course. We don't leave., we play all day, stop in for lunch, come home and grill. The stars are great at night and the course gives you a park like setting.

Summary: Great place to unwind with a challenging 9 hole course and close to Rainbow Springs. This is my 3rd stay here over the holidays and each visit tops the past. The owners, clubhouse staff, and everyone on the course make you feel right at home. The duplex is always clean and has everything I need. If you are a single, or couple, I highly recommend staying at this property.

Summary: Pros - Cute somewhat private place to stay right by rainbow river and had a very clean bathroom with fresh towels. Fridge was also very clean. Cons - Rental was hard to find at midnight and address took us to the clubhouse. Strange smell in the kitchen near sink, sheets had yellow stains on then, mattress was extremely uncomfortable and we could hear the other tenant snoring through the duplex wall behind our bed.
