Sinatsakis Villas is a charming holiday complex comprising three separate and autonomous villas, each one with its own private swimming pool: Villa Anna, Villa Maria, and Villa Ioanna, located side by side. Settled in Pigi village, close to Rethymno, the Villas are only 2 km away from its long sandy beach and just 500 metres away from the village centre, where you can find several shops, such as a bakery, tavernas, pharmacy, mini market and butcher. The location combines the peacefulness of the nature with easy access to the lively areas such as Adelianos Kampos, Pigianos Kampos, Platanias and Rethymno old town, making Sinatsakis Villas a perfect holiday destination for couples or families with young children.
Villa Ioanna is a one-storey, two bedroom Villa, covering 100 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 people if necessary. The Villa is furnished in a minimal and romantic style with all the modern amenities.
Indoor Layout
Entering the villa there is a spacious open plan area which is consisted of the living room with comfortable double sofa (that can accommodate 1 guest), 50" smart TV, open fireplace and Playstation 3 console and an office. The fully equipped kitchen with top quality fixtures and indoor dining table. The living room area has a balcony which you can also access to the garden. Then as you pass through the hallway, there is the first bedroom on your right side with one double bed. Going through this bedroom, there is another smaller bedroom separated by a sliding door with a single bed. The second bedroom is found on your left side of the hall way with 2 single beds which can be set up as a double bed. At the end of the hall way, there is a bathroom with shower.
Outdoor Area
Outdoors there is an organised fenced area for each villa with relaxing environment surrounded by trees and flowers. More specifically the outdoor facilities of Villa Ioanna include:
-30 sq.m. private swimming pool equipped with sun beds and umbrellas
-Fully equipped charcoal barbecue facilities with and an outdoor sink
-Outdoor dining area for al fresco dining
-Lawn covered area for the kids to play, next to the pool

Summary: We stayed at the Villa Ioanna and could not be more pleased. Lovely, well maintained property at a great location, just a view minutes walk from the village Pigi where we could buy essentials or eat at one of the restaurants. There are plenty of other facilities and activities just a short drive away.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Crete and in the Ioanna villa. The owner welcomed us perfectly and was able to help us during our stay anytime we needed it. We had some issues with the hotplates in the kitchen and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. The house was cleaned perfectly every three days. The concierge team was great and available when needed. The house is well located on the island, should you have a car. Otherwise you have bakery, butcher and a good restaurant at 5min walk. We would totally recommend to stay here ! Thank you again :-)

Summary: Me and my family stayed in the house for 5 nights and had a wonderful crete vacation. The house and the outdoor area is clean and very good maintained. Even towels an bedlinings were changed once during our stay. Inside you find everything you need for cooking. A car is recommended if you want to visit the nearby beaches. We felt like at home when we returned to this house from our daytrips exploring crete.

Summary: Lovely villa with a pool set just outside Pigi. Lovely peaceful location, just a 5 minute walk from the local village with a shop, pharmacy, bakery, bar and 2 restaurants. The leaky cauldron does amazing food. We loved every minute of our stay and the staff always a text away with help and assistance. They have been so helpful and attentive. Crete is amazing and full of such lovely people. The Villa is a short drive away from Rythemno which is a lovely city to go too! Lots to do. You will not be disappointed if you book here, it was just perfect. I felt safe happy and very well looked after by all the incredible staff. Thank you so much Etouri villas, we will certainly be back <3

Summary: The house and the pool were very clean. In the garden were several places to sit in the sun but also in the shadow. You can walk to the bakery for very delicous bread and go to eat in the restaurant of Pigi. The communication and service were good. Any suggestions I would like to report are more spoons for using in the kitchen and matresses on the sunbeds in tthe garden. We were glad that we have chosen for villa Ioanna for our holiday and we certainly recommend the villa We were glad that we have chosen for this villa

Summary: The house was very nice and well equipped. Perfect for families. The location is good but a car is highly recommended. The village Pigi can be reached within 5 minutes walking distance and offers a supermarket, butcher and a few good restaurants.

Summary: The photos of the villa and the reality were 100 percent equal. We could enjoy our stay very relaxed.   Mathew and Robert have looked after us in a sympathetic, incredibly authentic way. Summary: Everything lived up to our expectations. The owner Mathew met us up at arrival and took good care of us. He is very helpful, and give quick response if you ask him anything. The property and poolarea and garden doesnt leave anyone dissapointed. The pool and garden are very wellkept and the cleaning was perfect. I can truly recomend this this property.

Summary: Excellent and friendly communication with the owner Mathew. We had a lovely two weeks in the villa in June 2019. Everything you need is in the villa. You can pre order grocery shopping before your arrival which is a great bonus if you are arriving late in the evening as we were. Mathew had also provided home made wine and olive oil which were excellent. The massive basket of fruit and a large multipack of bottled water were also provided which were very much appreciated. The villa was expertly cleaned every 3 days by Rob who is an absolute legend. He gave us a tip about taverna fantastico where we enjoyed a magical evening. You have easy contact with etouri the operators who are there to arrange anything from a taxi to a professional chef for the evening. Pigi village is only a 5 minute stroll away with two bakeries, two butchers, two restaurants and a bar. Also there is a pharmacy and a supermarket with everything you will need. I have to mention the leaky cauldron restaurant as we spent most evenings there. We practically did the whole menu over the two weeks and EVERYTHING was amazing it is a must visit. Taxis into Rethymno did work out quite expensive between 16-18 euros there and the same back. We noticed that they started the meter at 10 euros. But it was still worth the visits. Rethymno market is on a Thursday in the old town. It does get very busy. The fruit and veg is the best part. Buses into Rethymno are available at a fraction of the cost of a taxi. All in all we had a fantastic time and felt very welcomed by Mathew, Rob, Etouri and everyone in the village. We will be back again and would highly recommend the villas.
