Summary: Good location being only a minute to the public boat ramp. Parking big enough for my truck and boat along with 3 other vehicles, including a SeaDoo. Clean place. Recommend making available more trash bags and updating mattresses and pillows. The property owner was very helpful in getting us access to the house when VRBO couldn't get their act together in getting us access via OneKey. VRBO support was pathetic, but the property owner was great.

Summary: We loved our stay. Everything was clean and loved the location. We will be back to stay. You literally need to just bring clothes and food. She has everything you would need.

Summary: The house is great for groups. We had several of our fishing teams stay here. It’s location couldn’t be better for using Smith Lake Park boat ramp. Communication was very fast/accurate and they answered all my questions. Highly recommend!!
