This home is great for larger groups, families, groups of families, small events and more. It can sleep 12+ guests. The spacious master bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed with an attached bathroom. Bedroom two is downstairs and has two bunk beds with twins on top and fulls on bottom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a futon couch/bed in the main living area downstairs and a twin/twin bunk bed in the living room upstairs. Two RV electric hookups are available to rent on either side of the outside barn, increasing the total number of guests that could fit on the property.
The bathroom downstairs has a large, fully-tiled shower, double sink, utility sink and houses the washer and dryer. The second bathroom upstairs is connected to the living room and has a large tiled shower, single sink and ample storage space in the refinished vanity. The third bathroom upstairs is attached to the master and has a large shower with single sink vanity.

Two of the coolest features of the property are the barns. The first barn, most often referred to as the “The Party Barn”. It’s a three-sided structure with cement floors, electricity and limitless possibilities for fun. Rain on vacation? No problem! You can still be outside without being exposed to the elements. The addition of string lights gives it that extra special touch at night too. The second (attached) barn is large with cement floors, lots of open space and a basketball hoop, pickleball with lines, yard games and more.
Rental of Boulder Ridge gives you access to the hiking trails, ponds and sand dunes immediately across the street.
*Access to Torch Lake is 1/2 mile down a seasonal drive where you can hand launch kayaks, canoes, SUPs and swim.
*Boaters-there is ample parking for boat trailers on the property and the boat launch is less than four miles away.
*There is so much to do and see in the surrounding areas - golfing, orchards, vineyards, waterways, quaint downtowns, state parks, golfing and more!

Summary: We were in the area for a family reunion and stayed with multiple families at Boulder Ridge. It’s a great place to relax and gather with many locations on the property to congregate or to find a quiet spot alone. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, there are helpful toiletries in the bathrooms and the house was spotless. Every aspect exceeded expectations and made it easy to creat happy memories.

Summary: This home was very clean and had so much to do right on the property. From the trails, the pond, the fire pit and the barn packed with a hoop, pickle ball, scooters, frisbees, kayaks and a flat top grill. Everyone from the kids to the adults had a good time. It’s super close to a torch lake public access. Only difficult part is checkout is 10am so getting everyone and everything up and out was a task. Other than that this is a home that we will definitely stay in again.

Summary: Our family had so much fun at Boulder Ridge! The ages of our group ranged from 2 - 99 years old! And there was something fun for everyone! The teenagers had fun playing basketball. We all enjoyed days on Torch Lake. The house was clean, well stocked and big enough to accommodate our multi family vacation. The host was easy to communicate with and gave us great recommendations for the area. We loved our stay!

Summary: The property was beautiful! Several places to explore on property. The home was gorgeous inside and out. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 6 children(ages 7-10mos.) Grill and Blackstone available, plenty of room for outside entertaining, and soo close to Torch Lake and several other lakes. Lots of farm/ fruit stands to visit while you're there too. Such a beautiful home and area.

Summary: This beautiful home was the perfect home away from home for my family. Torch is an annual trip for us but this time we stayed off the lake and this location couldn’t have been more perfect. There are a few boat launches to choose from, so very convenient for boat people! As for the home itself, we didn’t want to leave. Beautifully decorated which gave it a warm & cozy feel. All you need to do is pack your clothes! Every amenity that you would need was available! The indoor basketball barn was used almost every night with the kiddos! Games of “pig & horse” lasted until 1:00 am :) Amanda was absolutely amazing! She is definitely doing what she is meant to be doing….very kind and readily available if there are any questions. There is sooooo much to do at Boulder Ridge…our time there was not enough but we will back :)

Summary: Our family enjoyed our stay. We all, especially our grandkids, enjoyed their time on the sand dunes, paddle boating on the lake and exploring the trails. All of these areas were on the property. The home was amazingly well stocked with supplies. Very clean! We would highly recommend this property. Torch Lake is beautiful and just down the road! We rented a pontoon and had fun on the sand bar.
