****NO ANIMALS allowed in house..."Call" 9313079839 if any questions.. Any animal found on site you will be asked to leave. Now about house three bedroom two bath with large kitchen, dining room and living room all open.. The kitchen has table and four chairs, The living room has a love seat and couch. Each two of the bedroom have king size beds the other has a queen lots of room for air mattresses.. The bathrooms both have showers one has a single sink the other has double sinks.. It has a deck on the back facing the lake full length of the house where you can sit and watch the sun go down with a grill.. Also has a private drive down to the steps that lead out to the boat dock which is about 600ft behind house.. There's a public boat ramp less then 3 miles only few minutes by water. Tour the Jack Daniel's Distillery. The more than 100 year old courthouse is the center of a busy little town filled with shops, antiques, country dining, store browsing and relaxation. If you are really hungry, Miss Mary Bobo's Boarding House Restaurant has two seatings most days (closed on Sunday), but reservations are required. It's a place for true southern hospitality and home cooking served family style. Also Barrel House BBQ, Southern Perks,Whiskey Runners Restaurant.. Drive a few miles and you can be at the Tim's Ford State Park and Marina(Hard Dock Café), Bear Trace (a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course), the Elk River for canoeing and trout fishing, the beautiful Tim's Ford Lake (Lost Creek boat ramp), George Dickel Distillery, Prichard's Distillery..

Summary: House was clean. Zach was friendly. Beds need comforters/quilts. We saw a doe and her fawn a few times. The boys enjoyed fishing and swimming.

Summary: The house was immaculate, the view was breathtaking, convenience to town was great! Zack was a gracious host, was very informative about the town and things to do, and easy to get in touch with. He made the process smooth and easy! I would highly recommend this house.

Summary: We enjoyed the house, view, hot tub, neighborhood, Zack's flexibility with check-in/out immensely. Would absolutely repeat our stay there again. Kitchen was well-stocked, plenty of towels for the hot tub which was clean and hot. One note, you need to bring your own toiletries which Zack mentioned up front.

Summary: This is a lovely, clean property where we were able to meet as a family with comfort, distancing, and all conveniences. We enjoyed the deck and the swimming so much. Zack is a friendly and attentive host. We’ll keep this in mind for a weekend next summer.

Summary: Zack makes it so easy to rent a house! He was so quick with his responses and very thorough. We enjoyed the house, hot tub, dock and lake very much! It turned a little cool during our stay and we ( and our grandkids) enjoyed the hot tub immensely!

Summary: We had a wonderful time! Zack was a great host and made check in very easy. Showed us everything about the house and the docks. The house was perfect for our family and we all had room to spread out. Will definitely be planning to visit again!

Summary: Our family had a wonderfully peaceful vacation. We spent most of our time on the back deck enjoying the view and the hot tub. The house was clean and well-kept, with large bedrooms. The outdoor kitchen next to the dock was quite impressive, although a steep trip down the path on foot or a short drive down the side road is needed. Lynchburg is a small, quaint town, and Jack Daniels just reopened for tours (with masks). We chose to drive into Tullahoma (~45 min) for no-contact grocery pickups and take-out a few times. Lots of walking trails at Tim’s Ford, Tullahoma, and Manchester. Zack was an excellent host!
