Positive: Location , location ! So many little restaurants, bars, the market. Absolutely great.
Negative: The stairs to go up 4 floors. For us not too bad, but when you are a bit older or have a medical problem or bad knees, this is definitely not for you. It is not explicitly told on booking so beware.

Positive: Apt was wonderful, well thought out with everything we needed. The location was right in the middle of market, but we were high enough up that the noise was a hum. Two minutes from the port and restaurants, we had a great stay.
Negative: Travelling with my 80 year old mother in law made the 72 windy steps to the apt difficult but worth it when we got there!

Positive: the flat is conveniently located with much charm and comfortable. nice, small kitchen, large tv and sitting room, good washing machine.
Negative: there are too many loose tiles on the floor. should be repaired. the lock on street level tricky. we did not have management support when needed. the flat is well done but the stairs are dirty and in some places very dark.
Summary: we are happy we stayed there but have unresolved issues.

This being March the flat has not been used as it was rather cold the first night bit with 2 radiators it became warm rapidly. the location is perfect and the flat is very stylish and it was a pleasure to get back after a long days work. Ideally located for dinners and lunch
