Positive: The resort was in a convenient location for the airport. It was on a beach and was spacious and attractively laid out. It needed some TLC but had a relaxed atmosphere. There was plenty of places to relax in sun or shade and two pools. The bar tender at night was fun. The person organizing tours was helpful and efficient. The Friday night Fire dancing was excellent. The buffet BBQ was good.
Negative: There was very little smiling and being made to feel welcome as there was elsewhere in Fiji. No Fijian hospitality. . Room service was hit and miss. Breakfast buffet was late being set out .plates , food and coffee ran out and were slow to be refilled. The service was poor possibly due to lack of staff and those who were there were overworked.. if you want a reasonable priced convenient location to the airport this is it. Do not choose it for the food.

Positive: The beach bungalows were excellent, comfortable, and cozy with a stunning ocean view. The staff were exceptional in making our stay even more enjoyable. Perfect spot to relax and unwind.
Negative: The bungalows were excellent and we really appreciate the beautiful setting and service. However we value privacy when it comes to holiday accommodation, its not just about occasional noise such as sounds from other guests but also the general sense of respect for each others space. We prefer accommodations where we can enjoy the whole bungalow privately without sharing. That said, everything else was really good and we had a pleasant stay.

Positive: The room was okay, a little bit small for two people, but I was staying alone so it was fine. The bathroom was clean, there was a pool right in front of the room. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as there were only toast and fruits, maybe they change it everyday though.
Negative: The place is quite remote - if you don't have your own transport and need a taxi, you need to ask reception in advance as it takes some time for them to get there (I waited ~30-40min and was late for my appointment).
