Summary: Ok, I really like Club Fiji and would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. However, if you’re expecting 4 stars or higher, this place ain’t it. I booked a room in the “new” white building (not the cabin like rooms). The room, in a word, is “fine”. My main requirements are a clean bed, clean room, and hot water, which it had all of that. My biggest gripe is that water from the shower leaked quite a bit and it was all over half of the bathroom floor. While it did flow into a drain in the middle of the floor, you had to keep your shoes on when you went in there to avoid getting your feet wet. But housekeeping would mop if you wanted them to clean your room. Also, the towels smelled a little old, but not terrible. Like I said, it was fine especially since I was only in there while I was sleeping. Also, the food options were pretty expensive, but what do you expect? But man, the location and the experience is what makes this place so awesome. The 2 pools are nice. The private beach is pretty clean, and makes for a gorgeous sunset. And the bar and food areas are spacious enough for good hangs and conversations. Maybe I got lucky and met just bunches of amazing people that also stayed there, but hanging out with people on the property by the bar or on the sand was truly special. And while they advertised performances/activities almost nightly, sometimes they didn’t do anything which was a bummer. But they did have things most of the time. I love this place for what it is!

Summary: Authentic experience away from the tourist hot spot of the Port. We enjoyed our stay in the beach Bure it was basic accommodation but that was what we wanted. We were out exploring or relaxing through the day and found the accommodation perfect to stay. The staff were very friendly and there were activities every couple of days. We swam in the pool and walked along the beach to Wailoaloa. There is a restaurant onsite. Massage on the beach and cultural performances were some of the activities we participated in. Bar staff were friendly and you can try Kava.

Summary: Air conditioned, comfortable room with modern functional bathroom, roomy shower. Only one card key per room. Not possible to leave air conditioning on while out of room, which saves on energy. The restaurant was a bit understaffed, but we enjoyed the custom prepared Mongolian Bbq dinner cooked in front of us. Breakfast was adequate. We did not avail of the massage or arranged tours/day trips. Though it is right on the beach the swimming is limited. Tides and mud flats make it very shallow. It’s possible to walk along the beach to the next public beach, which is rather trash strewn unfortunately.
