Summary: I really enjoy the Elephant and Castle each time we visit, but on our most recent stay, we both felt that the temperature was uncomfortably cold.

Summary: The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was small but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was with the attached pub and it was a great way to start the day. Delicious. The location for my purposes was fantastic; blocks away from downtown and Lincoln park. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chicago.

Summary: It was everything I needed! I didn’t have any cleaning service since I was only there for a day, but I’m sure it would’ve been excellent. There was no public access to the stairwells when I was there, which was a tad annoying to me because elevators are not my favorite. Otherwise, no complaints!

Summary: Everything was good! Great location. Hotel is a little older, but everything was clean and service was very good and helpful. Be sure you understand the parking situation, I was a little confused by the explanation by the gentleman who checked me in. He could have explained it in a much simpler way lol but it all worked out ok.

Summary: This is a modernized hotel with prompt, fast elevators to our 8th floor room. Our room was clean, comfortable, up-to-date and quiet. The biggest drawback was that hotel parking was 3 relatively long blocks away.
