Summary: Loved the room, the amenities, location, and especially the harbor view. I regret that I didn't call ahead to make sure the sofa-bed was made up. Biggest problem was trying to find where to check in!! Seriously, this was not easy. No signage anywhere, and the check-in area was so insignificant, again with no signage, that I didn't know I'd found it. There was nobody there!

Summary: I would not recommend this property for several reasons... -One elevator. Went down twice on a weekend getaway and on checkout day. Poor response time on repair and no offer of assistance with luggage...and I have a heart condition. Room on sixth floor. - Marijuana was def being used on our floor and infiltrated our room. - Don't like beds next to suite door on main hallway. Opening under door was large and cannot see meeting fire code. Noise from floor came through walls. -Bar on ground floor of hotel was loud at 2 am. If you're into that sort of thing, great spot. Not us. -Manager offered credit for a nights stay but never saw it. Not going back...period. Plenty of other locations along Themes Street.

Summary: Under what did you like I would check every one, especially location by the water and Thames St. In addition, when we had car trouble, the hotel mechanic went out of his way to crawl under the car and diagnose the problem for us.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Club Wyndham on Thames Street. We liked our Suite. We would stay again on another trip to downtown Newport. We were thankful for the free parking offered also.

Summary: Great location and friendly staff!! My only complaint is NO BATHTUB When I booked, the room description said bath or shower. I requested bath but was told NO TUBS in the entire hotel. They need to change room descriptions! Otherwise, love it.. Fun bar also

Summary: This was a fantastic place to stay. It was right in the middle of the haps of Newport. They had free parking and the room has an absolutely incredible view. It was more like a studio apartment than a hotel room.
