Positive: I loved the location and the people that worked there
Negative: The hot tub wasn’t as clean as it could be the men handling around in the garage was kind of un welcoming the elevator are scary they need a upgrade and the balcony was dirty and wasn’t inviting to sit outside
Summary: I really enjoyed my stay if they updated a lil it would be everything and more

Positive: The amenities, the location, the beach.
Negative: They didn’t have a room for us when we checked in. We were a party of 2 couple and they stuck us in a 1 bedroom that was marginal at best. One of the mini splits didn’t work and it was outdated. I think the room was out of service but they didn’t have anywhere else to put us. They did move us the next day but it was a paint to pack everything back up after one night to move. I’ve been going to this resort since 2006, first time I’ve had an issue. We really miss the shuffle board court that they removed in the remodel too
