Completely renovated, contemporary design, all new interior, light and bright unit on ground floor, no stairs to climb. Great location, you don't even need a car Publix next door, several restaurants in walking distance, free city shuttle available on demand, beach is about 15 minutes walk. Unit features all new appliances, French door bottom freezer fridge, top of the line full size oven, all cooking needs, sparkling bathroom with clear glass rolling shower door, glass top vanity, bedroom has large closet with barn doors, queen size bed, small private green area in the back for your morning coffee. Lovely tropical private courtyard with sparkling heated pool, large BBQ area, coin operated laundry. Small complex on canal with boat dock, leading into Intracoastal waterways, sit by the water and watch the boats go by. We are a completely none smoking property and no pets allowed.

Summary: The property was exactly as expected. Kathleen was very helpful. As we were transferring from another area of Miami, we wanted to check-in early. Kathleen was able to help. The property had everything that we needed, even with a barbecue near the pool. The pool area was always clean and well kept. Because it was off season the area was very quiet. And we often had the pool to ourselves. The property was very easy walking distance to publix and several eateries. And easy walking to the beach, the pier and many other bars and restaurants. Summary: Location, location , location ! Walking distance to just about everything. The unit was clean and decorated nicely and modern. Had everything needed but could use backpack beach chairs and umbrella. Reasonable walk to beach , 10 mins. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Great little kitchen. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions or needs.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property! Kathleen was very responsive & helpful with all of our questions. The location of the condo is perfect! We didn’t need a car as we could walk to Publix, the beach, restaurants, etc. The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped! We will definitely be back! 💕
