Negative: The room was extremely hot with no A/C. In the evening it was not possible to open the windows as it was very noisy due to the bar terrace located next to the accommodation .

Positive: The location is very comfortable. We rode all the time throughout Paris with rentable bikes (there are a lot of stations all over the city and near apartment too) and that was the best decision, because the traffic is disaster. It took us approximately 15-20 minutes to get to Louvre.
Negative: The apartment is pretty small with no kitchen, a little fridge would be nice. The street is noisy when the window is open and one can hear good what’s going on in the other apartments.

Positive: The location was good. 18 minute walk from Gate de Nord and easy access to Sacre Coeur. Some lovely cafes and patisserie’s locally and a very nice vibe to the area. The apartment was clean and tidy and had all that we needed.
Negative: Because the two bed apartment we were in was on the ground floor anyone arriving or leaving the building obviously makes some noise. Also, the key cupboard backs onto the wall of the apartment. With, I think 15 apartments in the building it adds to a lot of noise at night or early in the morning. We got used to it eventually and I played white noise at night to help me sleep. But just be aware if you are a light sleeper.
Summary: A lovely taste of Paris.

Positive: The toilets/bathroom was nice although the sink was quite small. And in the shower, there was no stand to place one’s toiletries. And there was a fan.
Negative: On the ceiling, there was this roof window, and at 6 am the room would be so bright that you would not be able to sleep any longer. The rooms are not soundproof proof so it was quite hard to find peace when you could hear everything outside. And I did find a bug on my bed
Summary: The hosts were great and so kind and communicative however the place in itself I tried to stay out as much as possible.
