Positive: Location was perfect. Stayed there five nights to explore the Lakes District. A very pretty beachside village.
Negative: Double bed was very hard. Pillows needed replacing. Duvet could have been a larger size on the double bed. Very handy having a washing machine available

Positive: Location great, only a short walk to a few shops and a pub. The Property is beautiful, there is everything you need and more. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. We drove to property but you could easily get a train to Arnside as the station is literally facing the house (although you don’t really hear the trains passing). The locals are lovely, we were invited to have a boat ride during our stay and invited to the sailing club music night. Had a lovely stay, would highly recommend
Negative: The only negative point to note is there is no outside space at the property to sit and have a coffee/ drink. Plenty of nice places to relax around the property but would have been nice to relax, in the sunshine, outside the house. No fault of the owners just personal preference.
Summary: Had a fabulous couple of days, locals very friendly, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Fabulous location. Great kitchen and living room. Parking a bonus. Beautiful village. Locals very friendly. Arnside Knott is a must.
Negative: Uncomfortable mattress in double room. No kitchen basics eg: tea bags, sugar etc
Summary: Wonderful house, would stay again.

Positive: it was very comfortable and well appointed, good location for going into Arnside.
Negative: Unfortunately the parking wasn’t very good. very limited and very close to the fairly busy road. . the neighbour actually came round to point out we had parked in the wrong spot. even though we were outside the coach house. a bit bizarre.
Summary: lovely house but the parking was a bit iffy
