Summary: We had a lovely stay for my niece's wedding. The house was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was stocked with the essential basics - bread, butter, cereal, tea and coffee. Even chocolate biscuits!

Summary: Very cute and quirky cottage in a beautiful area. As previously mentioned in other reviews the little bedroom of the main room is not ideal for adults and if small children staying the ladder will need supervision, as even my teenage daughter found it tricky and fell down from it. The second bedroom has a shower but unfortunately when we stayed it was not useable due to lack of pressure, not ideal in a house with 6 females!! That’s the bad bits over. The cottage itself is smaller than expected but very well furnished and equipped. Several pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. Faith responded to questions quickly and when we had a problem with a shower tray not draining she sent someone immediately to sort the problem. Bread and butter were there and tea, coffee etc… We loved the cottage but think more suited for a smaller party but would definitely recommend.

Summary: We had a lovely stay in Market Deeping and the property was perfect for what we needed. Having two toilets was a bonus. The property manager had fresh croissants and flowers waiting for us on arrival. It was very warm on a few days during our stay. A fan would have appreciated as the top bedroom stayed very warm even during the night.

Summary: Nice house, great location. Easy to find. Downside was uneven and steep stairs, and quite a few ants in the kitchen. Easily squished tough!!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in the Coach House. The property was exactly as described... Faith was very helpful and checking in very straight forward. Comfortable and quirky, the property makes good use of the available space. As a family of 4 (2 adults with a 13 and 10 year old), it suited us well. Had a lovely day out to Rutland Water which is relatively close by and very nice meal in the Italian restaurant just down the road.
