Summary: The place was very nicely maintained and property managers were very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed the backyard since I could let dogs out at anytime since it was all fenced.

Summary: Communication was great. House was delightful and worked perfectly for our summer stay. The listing shows a BBQ grill but there isnt one. However, there was an air fryer in the kitchen. Overall would stay again.

Summary: My family and I loved the house! We were down to visit our daughter at UNCW which was just 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic. Very convenient and located within 15-20 minutes of everything we wanted to do. The house was very clean and everyone loved the hammock. Although a very nice and quiet street, the house is two houses in from a pretty busy street so the noise from the traffic was pretty loud when outside. Really minor annoyance as overall rating is a five star. We would without a doubt stay at this place again when visiting the Wilmington area.
