Summary: Staff - Upon check wasn't very friendly and after leaving my initial review than proceeded to call me and complain that I didn't think she was friendly. The call to my room was at 10:15pm when I had a small child in the room trying to sleep. She said I am sick what do you expect. I travel almost weekly and have never had such a terrible experience with a front end staff ever. The gentleman upon check-out was absolutely fantastic, the lady should take a note out of his book in how to be in Customer Service. I literally didn't want the staff in my room as I was fearful of what they might do. To say I will never be back is an understatement and I was very clear to tell anyone that this place should not be stayed. If I could have found a room else where I would have gladly left

Summary: Nice quiet gem in grimshaw. Only complaint is the rooms are too hot. And the ac wasn’t working fully in March, understandably, but it made for quite a disrupted sleep with the room being too hot

Summary: It was a snowy day but we could get around ok. Only issue we found was the handicap parking was full of non handicapped vehicles. Easy to check in and check out and a very nice room. We will stay there again in the future
