Summary: Parking was easy but not secure. Front desk staff weren’t accommodating. On our last day out of the 3 we were told the “breaker kicked the bucket” so their was no hot water to shower with at the hotel nor was the hot tub running, we had booked the hotel for the hot tub generally rather than staying with family. Housekeeping staff were accommodating and helpful. Also the hotel was quite empty, was told upon checking in that night at 1am, there was a lot of rooms available but could not upgrade our room from two “queens” to one king. The bed was firm but clean. The toilet seat was heated, that was nice! Didn’t try the breakfast but heard good things.

Summary: We have an EV but the charger allows 3 hours max stay. I arrive in the evening so was not prepared to get up at midnight to move the car.

Summary: I was thrilled to see my name on special guest of the day I didn’t know that was a thing. Made my day. Winston’s restaurant dinner was delicious the waitress was great. Breakfast was ok dinner much better. The bed was comfy honestly best sleep in a long time. Rooms were a bit dated. All staff was friendly
