Positive: Great location, close to shops and not too far to the waterfront. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped for cooking. A problem with a bathroom tap was resolved very quickly with a phone call to Jack.

Negative: Everything was fine for us.

Positive: The property is very spacious, especially the lounge and bedroom. Also very quiet with a pleasant open aspect . Everything still feels quite new and fresh. The bed is super comfortable. The location is very handy for the shops, the sea front and pleasant walks. Washing machine and fridge freezer are great. We didn’t use the dishwasher.

Negative: The parking spaces are extremely small. A little more kitchen equipment and crockery would have been helpful.

Summary: A very comfortable and quiet place to stay.

Positive: This apartment is lovely! Super easy to locate and a decent size for my partner and I. It was clean and tidy upon arrival. Decorated nicely and lots of comfortable furniture to relax on. Just out of town, so it wasn't a long journey to the town centre and the beach. Plenty of bus stops with local bus routes to the surrounding areas.

Negative: The lock on the front door was a little tricky to open at times. However Mehtap, the property owner, was super helpful and provided us with a spare key and also showed us how to unlock it with ease.

Summary: Delightful apartment. Will definitely consider staying again!

Positive: Perfect location, very close to the pier, just a 5-minute walk from shops. The flat was very spacious and comfortable. The rooms were clean and cosy, with beautiful decorations. Overall, the flat was more than we expected.

Negative: Have a designated car park, but the parking space is very, very narrow, especially when neighbours don't have enough skills to park just in the parking bays. But I can't reduce the overall rating based on that.

Negative: No taps or sinks in the individual toilet. The kitchen bin lid does not close, creating a wastage stench. Not suitable for families with children as the property is on the first floor. The residents below can get frustrated with children running around

Positive: Absolutely beautiful flat! It was perfect for our stay and really nice to have a dedicated parking spot. The host Mehtap was responsible to all questions and gave information as needed. Kitchen area was brilliant with plenty of crockery and cutlery and it was great to have a proper-sized fridge freezer. The bed was very comfy and the shower is amazing! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Negative: Front door of building is a little tricky to open, but was fine once I learnt the 'trick!'
