Waterfront condo close to some of the best fishing in Aransas County, such as Estes Flats. Easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway! This coastal retreat is conveniently located between Rockport and Aransas Pass. Just a quick jaunt down the canal, and you'll find your boat on the Intracoastal Waterway, just a short trip to some wonderful fishing and birding. Boat mooring at the dock behind the condo. Covered parking plus extra spaces for guests. There is a separate designated area for parking your boat (or leave it tied to the dock in the rear) and trailer. Just a few minutes away from Cove Harbor Marina to the East and Conn Brown Harbor to the West, which both have a great boat launch, bait stand and restaurant. Enjoy the view of the canal from the rear decks of this home. The interior of this unit is in excellent condition with recent upgrades. Cool granite, sharp stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen, and towels and bedding supplied. One bedroom with a king-sized bed, one bathroom, kitchen, living area, and laundry facilities are located on the main floor. Two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and one Jack and Jill bath adjoining the two bedrooms are on the lower floor. Wi-Fi and Roku TV is provided. Summary: We had an amazing time. We all love to fish so being able to walk out the back door and be right there was tremendous especially since our 11 year old was safe. He is an avid fisherman and was as thrilled as we were. Would love to go back

Summary: We loved our stay! The hosts were amazing, and the place was beautiful. The condo is very comfortable, and easy to get to all our favorite places. It is between Rockport, Corpus Christi, and Port A. It's close to an HEB and Walmart in Aransas Pass. We had a great week here.

Summary: Love this place. Had the in-laws in town for Mother's Day and couldn't ask for a better "bang for your buck" rental. We'll definitely be coming back.

Summary: 3 longtime friends for a nice long weekend of fishing and just hanging out. Very accomodating host, with nice kitchen and very comfortable living and bedrooms. Terrific all-around!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in the condo. The stairs were a bit of a challenge for my 78 year old parents but they managed with caution. Overall the condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The beds were also very comfy. We enjoyed sitting by the water attempting to catch fish. After trying to purchase fishing essentials at local bait shops without success we ended up at Walmart. The folks at Walmart were very helpful in getting us poles, bait, and license. The beaches at Port Aransas were amazing. We really enjoyed going there several times during our vacation. We highly recommend Moby Dicks restaurant. They had excellent crab legs. Next time we visit we are going to rent a golf cart to hit the beach roads with. It looked like a lot of fun. We had mostly everything we needed for our stay. We donated some puzzles, crossword puzzles, tissue, lotion, body wash, and shampoo for others to enjoy/use. The kitchen was well equipped. Did a lot of cooking at the condo which was helpful for our elderly family members. Our only recommendations would be to have more than one tv in the condo and a few more pillows and blankets available. My husband wanted to watch the continuous flow of football games, which the rest of us didn’t really care for all the time, and we like to watch tv before bed. The owners were amazing. Very quick to answer questions and responded fast when needed. Overall we would rent again and would highly recommend this property. Thank you!
