Summary: The cottage was spotless! I am usually one that shows up to a rental and cleans it head to toe. No need at this one, very impressive. All the amenities were as advertised and met all our needs. We had 2 small dogs that could run around the fully fenced backyard. From reservation to check in, check out...Kevin was immediately responsive to it all, including a slight modification in dates. Thanks so much Kevin for being such a great host. I highly recommend Kevin's Coastal Cottage!

Summary: I reserved this home so the pastor and his young family could be comfortable during my daughter - and now son in law's - wedding. My understanding is they enjoyed it very much! I know my experience with Kevin has been exceptional and I will keep this home in mind when family and/or friends are in need of a home in the future. Summary: We came to the area for a fishing outing and fell in love with the New Smyrna. Kevin's Property was perfect for a weekend getaway, especially for us because we brought a pet and the Property has a nice back yard for the dog to run around in. The location was 10 mins from the fishing grounds and 10 mins to Downtown NSB. Look forward to coming back!

Summary: Kevin's property is beautiful! It is clean and well-appointed. Kevin quickly responded to a couple of questions we had and was very accommodating. We appreciate that our pets were welcomed with open arms, even down to providing food bowls. On top of that, Kevin left a goody bag for us! We will definitely book this home in the future! Summary: This was a great cottage!! Newly renovated and well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet. Backyard was great. Walked the neighborhood every morning. We have family in the area, and it was a great location. Beach was about 10 minutes away. Also, we rent from VRBO 3-5 times a year and the host (Kevin) was the most responsive I have ever dealt with. One suggestion I would offer is for the bathroom to have some extra shelving over the toilet for storage.
