Positive: This is a lovely house, centrally located, with a good layout and lots of nice features. It was very easy getting in. There is space in the courtyard for two cars, which is helpful when loading and unloading. The house is well appointed, the furniture is good quality and everything has been well thought through. There's even a cool sound system. In terms of location, you couldn't be more central, as the house is a few minutes' walk from the harbour, the old town and all its shops, and there's even a supermarket a few minutes away.

Positive: We LOVED our stay, this cottage is an absolute gem of a find and we would love to return. Such a beautiful house to stay in, comfortable, spacious and everything we needed on our break away. House is very quiet despite being centrally located, off-street parking is great. House is very stylish and had a lovely calm feel. We were a group of 3 couples in our late 40s/early 50s and we all absolutely loved it. Town, restaurants, charming old pubs all within easy walking distance. Please ignore the earlier review about the small towels, we all bought towels but needn't have worried - both hand and large bath towels for every guest were provided! The hosts were lovely really helpful and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend.
Summary: Highly recommended. Absolute gem in the heart of Ramsgate.

Negative: The ensuite bedroom had no hanging space and the towels were very small. No real storage in the ensuite bathroom. Found the bed was a little small.

Positive: This was the first property I shortlisted and actually I shouldn't have bothered looking at any more. The location was ideal, with both the marina and the high street a few minutes walk away. We could easily pop out, for a late night dog walk, a coffee from Cafe Nero, or some food shopping from Waitrose. It was perfect for our party; grandma and grandad had a lovely room with a beautiful en suite, family bathroom for the parents, and the nursery was at the opposite end of the landing. Quiet night for all. The other rooms were a great size, and were tastefully decorated. They were also very clean, especially the floors, which was important for a baby who'd just learned to crawl. We all loved exploring the books, pictures and toys. My only regret was not hiring the house for another night. We were busy with family reunions all weekend and never had a chance to explore the town or even the streets around Winston Cottage (oops, our dog is called Winston so that what we've been calling the house). Next time we come to Ramsgate we'll book in again.
Negative: A bedside table and reading light on both sides in the master bedroom would have been good. I couldn't sleep in the night and had to read with a torch balanced on my head.
